Shipping Policy – TBAE (U.S. & Caribbean via U.S. Skybox)

Overview

TBAE provides fast, reliable shipping to the United States and to Caribbean customers using a U.S. skybox address. Caribbean customers (e.g., Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, etc.) must enter their personal U.S. skybox address (e.g., Aeropost, WebSource, Ezone) at checkout. Your courier handles customs, duties/VAT, and local delivery.

United States Customers

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $6.99 USD
• Express Shipping: $12.99 USD (typically 2–3 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 USD

All U.S. orders ship from our U.S. suppliers/fulfillment partners. Tracking will be provided once processed.

Caribbean Customers (Using a U.S. Skybox Address)

• Requirement: Enter your U.S. skybox address at checkout (e.g., Aeropost, WebSource, Ezone).
• Shipping from TBAE to your U.S. skybox follows the same rules as U.S. orders: $6.99 flat, or free on orders $100+.
• Your courier/skybox will manage customs clearance, duties, VAT, and the local delivery to your address in your country.
• Any courier fees, taxes, or duties applied by the courier/local authorities are the customer’s responsibility.

Addresses We Cannot Ship To

Orders placed with a direct non‑U.S. shipping address cannot be fulfilled. Please use your U.S. skybox address if you are located outside the United States.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by product and carrier. Express shipping windows reflect carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships. For Caribbean customers, your courier will provide additional tracking/updates after receipt at the U.S. address.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your U.S. skybox address matches the details provided by your courier. TBAE is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.

I Just Placed An Order, When Will It Ship?

Please allow 2 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

• Average transit times to the United States: 7 – 10 Business days
• Average transit times to International: 10 – 15 Business days

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may experience circumstances and delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

International Shipping Disclaimer

Orders shipped outside of our fulfillment country may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

This applies to all Caribbean countries, including but not limited to Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Lucia, Grenada, and the Bahamas, as well as international destinations such as Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

For customers in Trinidad & Tobago, please note that VAT and customs duties may apply on most imported goods, and you may be contacted by the local courier to make payment before delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable duties and import taxes before placing your order.

Failure to pay any required customs fees may result in your package being held, returned, or discarded by your local customs office. We are not responsible for such occurrences.
